30-day return policy

Unlike most hair sellers have an “all sales final” policy, we have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your items to request a return, no reason needed.

To be eligible for a return, your items must be in the same condition that you received them, unworn/unused, with tags, and in their original packaging.

To start a return, please contact us at (Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.)


We will issue a FULL REFUND to you within 24 hours of receiving your return.

* To make the refund FULL, the shipping fee that we charged for sending the hair to you through DHL express will be refunded as well, even though that service was completed already.

* The cost for shipping the items back to us is at your expense.

Exceptions / non-returnable items

The custom products (such as personalized wigs) cannot be returned. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.


The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
