Why prices changed

01 Before COVID-19 Lower production costs

Much of the lace-piece production used by Chinese hair suppliers was carried out in North Korea, where lower labor costs helped keep prices down.

02 During the pandemic Costs rose sharply

North Korea closed its border in response to COVID-19. Lace-piece production shifted to China, causing production costs to increase substantially.

03 April 19, 2023 Prices came back down

As production routes became available again after the pandemic, lace-piece costs moved back toward their pre-pandemic levels.

The result

We passed the lower costs on to our customers.

A substantial price reduction was applied across our entire lace-piece collection. By the time this notice was published, the new prices were already live on our website.
