In August 2025, U.S. customers reported unexpected duty charges on delivery. These added costs reduced the advantage of purchasing directly from the source. We chose to take on import duties to make ordering more straightforward.
A note about the future
Customs and tariff policies may continue to change. If the duty environment creates sustained long-term cost pressure, we may need to review our prices in the future.
