What changed
Following the suspension of duty-free de minimis treatment, shipments entering the United States may be subject to import duties and customs clearance regardless of their value or origin.
In the months leading up to this update—especially in August 2025—we received considerable feedback from U.S. customers who encountered unexpected duty charges upon delivery. These additional costs placed a burden on customers and reduced the cost advantage of purchasing directly from the source.
What we’re doing
Since September 7, 2025, we have covered all import duties for packages shipped to the United States.
You pay the price shown on our website—no surprise duty charges or extra customs fees upon delivery. We remain committed to keeping our prices stable and fair for as long as possible despite the additional cost pressure created by these customs changes.
A note about the future
Customs and tariff policies may continue to change. If the duty environment creates sustained long-term cost pressure, we may need to review our prices in the future.
Any adjustment will be reflected transparently in the prices displayed on our website.
