Important Update for Our U.S. Customers – Duty Coverage Now Included

Updated September 07, 2025

Feedback a customer left on our Instagram post.

Since the U.S. government suspended the long-standing “de minimis” exemption, all shipments to the U.S.—regardless of value or origin—may now be subject to import duties and customs clearance.

Over the past few months (especially since August), we’ve received quite a lot of feedback from our U.S. customers reporting unexpected import duty charges upon delivery. These additional costs have understandably become a burden for our customers and have weakened the original cost advantage of sourcing directly from origin.

💡 What We're Doing to Help:

Starting today, we will cover all import duties for packages shipped to the U.S.
You’ll pay the price listed on our website—no surprise fees or extra charges.

We remain committed to keeping our prices stable and fair for as long as possible, despite the rising cost pressures caused by the new customs regulations.

📝 A Note About the Future

We sincerely hope the U.S. government will restore the “de minimis” exemption after completing trade negotiations with exporting countries.
However, if these duty policies remain in place long-term, we may eventually need to adjust our prices accordingly.

Thank you for your continued support and understanding.
We're doing everything we can to keep our hair high in quality and low in hassle. ❤️
