What happened
It was a painful lesson—and a significant loss for us.
Instagram did not officially confirm why the account was deactivated. At the time, we believed it may have happened because the account was accessed on multiple devices at the same time using different VPN services.#1
We understood that this activity may have been considered a violation of Instagram’s terms.
