After-Installation Warranty

We deeply know that most people are NOT able to tell the hair they receive is good or not without wearing for several washes.

In this case, instead of having an “All Sales Final” policy like most hair sellers, we offer an

After-Installation Warranty 

If your or your clients' iGoddessHair products (both Ponytails Hair & Machine-Aligned Hair) suffer from any abnormal shedding, tangling or matting after installation, we will exchange the product for you free of charge.

  1. Warranty Period: 60 days (From the delivery date)
  2. Eligible Items:
    • The hair must be installed professionally.
    • The hair must be maintained accoording to our "Hair Care Tips"
  1. Ineligible Items:
    • The bundles with the hair track been cut.

Cutting hair track will destroy the weft construction, which will give the hair weaves a great chance of excessively shedding.

    • The products with hair been colored

Coloring hurts hair more or less. If there is an issue occurred after coloring, it is hard to tell if it was caused by the hair itself or improper coloring, like unskilled process or wrong color material, so we are not able to offer warranty for the hair which been colored.

In this case, we recommend you (your clients) to take several strands of hair out and do a coloring test before officially coloring the whole hair products. So you (your clients) could know how our hair performs on taking color and still have your hair covered by the warranty.

And we recommend our Ponytail Hair if you (your clients) need to change the color.

  1. Please contact us with the following information and files if you want to use your warranty:
    • Order number.
    • A clear picture of the receipt of your professional installation.
    • Clear videos about the hair problem.

If we verify and agree that the proudct is defective in any way, we will then exchange the product. If you select a product in exchange of greater value, you  will be responsible for paying the additional cost of the item.

  1. The cost of shipping the items back to us is at your expense. But we will cover the cost of shipping the new items back to you.
