Hair may be advertised as virgin or raw, implying it is cut directly from donors. In reality, what gets shipped can be floor-collected hair that has been heavily reprocessed. With modern processing techniques, lower-quality hair can look and feel convincing at first.

Many receive excellent-quality hair at the beginning — especially on small orders — which quickly builds trust. At iGoddess Hair, we believe that if a seller is truly confident in their hair quality, responsibility should extend into real wear — not stop the moment the product is installed.
That’s why, instead of relying on a standard “return only if unused” policy, we offer an After-Use Hair Guarantee.
If your or your clients’ iGoddess Hair products (both Ponytail Hair and Machine-Aligned Hair) experience abnormal shedding or tangling after wearing, we will exchange the product free of charge.
Warranty Period
60 days from the delivery date.
Sixty days provides sufficient time for real wear and washing to reveal the true performance of the hair.
Not Covered
Hair that has been colored or chemically altered is not covered#1.
Coloring inevitably places stress on hair, and once chemical processing is involved, it becomes difficult to determine whether an issue is caused by the hair itself or by coloring technique or materials.

How to File a Claim
- Order number
- Clear videos showing the issue
If the product is verified as defective, we will proceed with an exchange#2. If a higher-value replacement is selected, the price difference will be your responsibility.
