We specialize exclusively in human hair products. We do not sell synthetic hair.
Terms such as “virgin hair,” “raw hair,” “single-donor hair,” “Brazilian hair,” “Peruvian hair,” and “10A hair” are widely used in online sales. However, these impressive-sounding labels have no consistent, enforceable standards and are largely used for marketing. We therefore classify our hair according to its actual material and alignment—not whichever term happens to be popular online.
If you’re looking for the highest level of quality, longevity, and coloring flexibility, choose our Ponytail Hair. It is made from cut ponytails collected while the hair is securely banded, preserving the intact cuticles and the natural root-to-tip direction of the strands. It offers excellent resistance to shedding and tangling, responds well to coloring and heat styling, and offers an exceptional lifespan—it can last more than five years with proper care.
If budget is your main consideration, our Machine-Aligned Hair is a more affordable human-hair option. It is mechanically aligned to keep strands running in the same root-to-tip direction, offering reliable everyday performance at a more accessible price.
We do not have an “all sales are final” or “unused hair only” policy. If your iGoddess Hair develops abnormal shedding or tangling, whether it is Ponytail Hair or Machine-Aligned Hair, we will exchange it free of charge—even after it has been installed and worn. When comparing hair vendors, we recommend comparing their after-sales policies—not only the names and claims used to describe their hair. Anyone can make claims about hair quality. The real test of a vendor’s confidence in its products is whether it is willing to stand behind them after they have been installed and worn.
If you’re shopping for a wig, we generally recommend a custom wig made from your choice of bundles and lace rather than a standard premade wig. You can choose the hair category, pattern, lengths, number of bundles, lace, cap size, elastic band, combs, and more—giving you greater control over fullness and fit.
We are located in Guangzhou, China. Shipping to the United States normally takes approximately 4–5 business days. We also cover U.S. import duties, so you will not be asked to pay them separately upon delivery.
